Built in 2013, the Carlina de Belle-Plagne residence has 5 large apartments with spectacular views of the slopes and snow-covered mountains and the Paradiski area. With their cozy living/dining areas, fully equipped kitchens, and terraces or balconies with south/slope views, the Residence's apartments are a perfect base for families or friends who come to enjoy the joys of snow in winter or the pleasures of mountain hiking in summer.
To complete the package, and for your well-being, each apartment is equipped with a private sauna. To perfect your days in the powder, you will also benefit from a private ski room with a boot dryer and direct access for a ski departure!
Our apartments can accommodate people with reduced mobility and equipment is available free of charge.

Ideal for a stay with family or friends, this 110-square-meter duplex apartment can accommodate up to eight people (including a maximum of six adults). It features four double beds (or twin beds upon request), a desk, and four bathrooms with showers or bathtubs, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. A south-facing balcony complements this spacious and bright living area, while a private sauna invites you to relax after a day in the mountains. Some apartments in this category are accessible to guests with limited mobility.

Options available in winter:
Grocery delivery: you have the possibility to order, via our shopping list, the desired products to be delivered directly to the flat upon your arrival.
Cleaning: for your peace of mind, we offer a cleaning package at a cost of €350 per flat.
Parking: parking is available in the hotel's covered parking lot, at a cost of €22/day per vehicle (€17/day in summer), which cannot be reserved in advance and is subject to availability.
Ski lifts: the reception desk offers you the possibility of issuing your ski passes at the public rate, without insurance.
Ski equipment: our partner EL PRO offers a 10% discount on its rental rates.
