Health measures
We pay daily attention to :
Staff with symptoms remain in their accommodation, we provide COVID accommodation to isolate a possible positive case.
All our employees wear disposable masks, have hydroalcoholic gel available, follow the state recommendations according to their profession.
We clean uniforms daily at over 60°.
In the institution :
We ask that guests keep a minimum distance of 1 metre.
Wear a mask when walking through the hotel's common areas.
Do not take the lift with other guests.
At the reception :
The number of the doctor and emergency services are available on request.
We provide disposable masks, hydroalcoholic gel and surface disinfectants (for TPE, for example).
We remind our guests of barrier measures with appropriate signage.
We encourage our guests to check in online in order to limit their presence at reception.
Room cards are returned in a box, so that they can be disinfected afterwards.
We encourage payment by credit card.
We offer to send the bill by email.
Employees disinfect their workstations and equipment regularly.
In the rooms :
We have removed all paper documents and put in place QR codes.
We do not have a minibar and offer a bar service in room service.
The room is aired for a minimum of 15 minutes.
The floor staff does not enter the room in the presence of the guests.
The cleaning products used are disinfecting.
The hoovers are equipped with bags and filters recommended by the state in order to filter and retain the maximum of micro particles.
In the restaurant and in the kitchen:
We favour QR codes on the table instead of menus.
The restaurant room benefits from a filtering ventilation system that renews 60% of the air every hour.
The room is ventilated 15 minutes per hour.
Tables and chairs are disinfected.
In the kitchen, HACCP protocols are followed and the staff follow the state recommendations for working.
